Eucalyptus 100% Pure Natural Essential oil.

Blend 2-3 drops of essential with 15-20ml of carrier oil (sweet almond, grape seed or fractionated coconut oil), and apply directly to pressure points behind the ears and under the jaw line to help alleviate cold symptoms and headaches.

As an aromatherapy oil ….Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to a room diffuser to help disinfect the atmosphere or add to vaporizer in the winter to help reduce bacteria and open the nasal passage at time of allergies or colds. A good blend would be to add a few drops lavender essential oil to help soothe the senses.
