Blend 2-3 drops of essential with 15-20ml of carrier oil (sweet almond, grape seed or fractionated coconut oil), and apply directly on temples to help reduce stress headaches. Also helps to heal cuts and bruises and insect bites.

Also has bacteria fighting properties.

As an aromatherapy oil ….Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to a room diffuser or add to vaporizer in the winter to calm the senses. Just on it’s own is perfect.
