Your order is typically shipped the same day and should be received based on the shipping method – 5 to 10 business days if within Canada. If you do not receive your shipment accordingly, please contact us and we will track it for you with the shipping company.

If you would like to return something, please complete our contact form and include the name of the product, the invoice number and date and your comments. We will review as soon as possible and contact you with a resolution.
