How to Use

Warm a small amount between your fingertips and gently massage onto intact skin on the shoulders, neck, arms, legs, calves or other desired areas.

For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes, face, lips, nose, mucous membranes and sensitive, broken or irritated skin. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Do not apply to freshly shaved skin.

Do not use with a heating pad, hot compress or other external heat source. Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if redness, burning, irritation or discomfort occurs.
